PTA

The Sunshine Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is made up of parents, grandparents, teachers, school personnel, community members, businesses, neighbors, and friends of Sunshine Elementary School. We build strong working relationships among parents, teachers, and schools in support of students. In addition, the PTA hosts programs and events for our families, and raises money to support the specific needs of Sunshine Elementary. Get involved, meet other parents, and BEE in the know!

By joining the PTA, you are advocating on behalf of all children, including your own. No additional commitment is required. But if it is possible, volunteer or donate! There are many volunteer opportunities available this year, and we need your help to make this year a success!

How to Join: 

Please complete the membership form and turn it in to the PTA with your chosen form of payment.

Individual Membership Form

• $10 PTA Membership per Person
• $20 PTA Membership Dues and Donation to PTA

• Worker Bee: $50

  • 1 PTA event sponsorship

  • Business shoutout/promotion on PTA Facebook page prior to and following sponsored event

  • Logo on yearbook “Thank You” page

 

• Carpenter Bee: $150

  • Worker Bee perks, plus: 

  • Prominent business logo displayed on PTA Facebook page full time

  • 2 PTA event sponsorships

  • 1 business logo yard sign posted in carline for pickup and drop off for 2 consecutive Fridays (see example below)

 

• Honey Bee: $300

  • Carpenter Bee perks, plus:

  • 2 business logo yard signs posted in carline for pickup and drop off for 3 consecutive Fridays

  • Business shoutout/promotion in PTA quarterly newsletter

 

• Queen Bee: $500

  • Honey Bee perks, plus: 

  • 4 PTA event sponsorships

  • 1 3’x5’ vinyl banner attached to south fence row, facing carline

 

• Bee Keeper: $1000

  • Queen Bee perks, plus: 

  • Sponsorship of all PTA events

  • 4 business logo yard signs posted in carline for pickup and drop off for 6 consecutive Fridays

  • 1 4’x8’ vinyl banner attached to south fence row, facing carline
